The cost of a consultation: R300.00 – cost does not include blood works OR biopsies

Consultations usually last anywhere from 30 – 45 minutes. It’s important to know that this cost does not include blood work that may need to be done in order to diagnose causes or underlying conditions.

 No, we can treat all hair health issues such as hair thinning, damaged hair, and general hair health. We also treat hair loss of the beard and eyebrows.

We can treat patients of any age, depending on their medical history. The minimum age for a hair transplant is 16 years of age. This also depends on the patient’s medical history.

Hair transplants are considered to be cosmetic but there are payment plans offered where needed. However, medical aid may pay for any external testing that could be required. These costs will not be charged by our clinic as you will be billed directly by the service provider.

If you are experiencing hair loss that is more than normal or very obviously observe the development of bald patches, you need to see a Trichilogist. Although we can treat hair loss at any stage of the condition, we recommend that you treat your hair loss condition early to prevent further loss and damage to the follicle. The earlier we treat the condition the more successful the result. Once permanent damage is done, it may become more difficult to get the results you want. It’s the same with any health issue: Prevention is better than cure.
